Special Events at Redeemer
Thank you for considering Redeemer Church for your special event! Below you will find detailed information on facility use and fees for each of our meeting spaces.
To reserve your event:
1) Call for room availability: 414-933-7004.
2) Then complete and submit your online registration form.
3) Payment can be made by cash or check delivered or mailed to the church. Payment in full is due 14 days prior to event.
Available Rooms:
Dining Hall and Kitchen: Dining room seats 100 people
at 12 round tables. All food and beverages must be
carry-in/carry-out. Leave a message for Alex Habeck
at the Redeemer office number, (414) 933-7004.
Auditorium: Available for events up to 190 people.
Arrangements for chair/table placement will be negotiated
once rental fee is paid. Groups may provide their own staff
to help in chair/table placement and take-down; supervised
by Redeemer personnel.
Sanctuary: Available for events up to 230 people.
Classrooms/Meeting Rooms: Available for groups of 5-15.
Upper & Lower Lounges: Available for groups of 10-15.
Fees:
Sanctuary fee: $1000/hr.
Technical sound assistance/equipment rental: $500/hr.
Sanctuary must be returned to its pre-event condition to avoid assessment of additional $75 for cleaning and/or repairs.
Dining Hall fee: $400/hr.
Auditorium fee: $750/hr.
Lower Lounge fee: $250/hr.
Upper Lounge fee: $250/hr.
Upper Meeting Room Fee: $200/hr.
